I dipped a chip in hummus today, and when it emerged I was pretty sure it had the edible hairdo of George W. Bush. No foodstyling or photoshoppery applied. I mean, it’s one thing to see significant holy faces and figures in your food, but this was just…weird. And organic. Well, not really. As it was Trader Joe’s Kalamata Olive Hummus. But organic in the “it just happened” way. So…sorry.
